So, I guess the great fannish migration is upon us again. I really wouldn't mind if the tumblr diaspora ended up coming here, because there are a lot of things that I missed about LJ-type fandom spaces. (Like being able to find old posts again, and tags being used for categorising content not for commenting. :)

But I'm skeptical. Apparently the cool kids are going to Discord or Pillowfort? I have actually no idea what those are, and only one of them sounds welcoming.
Then again, no matter what happens on December 17th, I doubt fandom on tumblr will vanish immediately. It took years before Livejournal became irrelevant.

Well, we'll see what happens. For the time being, I guess I go on a subscribing/friending/following (what is the correct term again?) spree.
